We're thrilled to let you know that we only ship to the land down under - sorry to all our international loves, we know that distance can make it tough to get your hands on our amazing lashes, but we've got you covered. Just send us a quick message and follow us to let us know where you are!

We use Australia Post, so you know you're in good hands. And the best part? Standard shipping is free! That's right, we're not kidding around - we love you and we want to make sure you get your goodies without any extra costs.

We ship anywhere in Australia, so don't worry if you're in a remote area or have a parcel locker or PO box. We've got your back, babe!

We aim to ship your order within two business days, but if you've purchased during a sale or promotion, it may take up to five business days. After that, it’s in Australia Post’s hands but don't worry, we'll keep you updated with tracking details via email or SMS.

If you're in a rush, we offer express shipping for a flat fee of $10.00. So, whether you're a last-minute shopper or just super excited to receive your order, we've got an option for you.

We don't currently offer same-day delivery, but let's be real, good things come to those who wait, right?

Oh, and did we mention that Australia Post deliveries are carbon neutral? Yep, we care about our planet just as much as we care about you. So, feel good knowing that when you receive your package, you're doing your part in helping the environment.

Returns

Don't worry if you receive any faulty items from our store, we've got you covered! We'll happily offer you a store credit or a refund within 30 days of purchase, just in case things don't work out between us.

But let's be honest, why would you ever want to return our amazing products just because of a change of mind? You know you want to keep them close to you!

If you do happen to receive any unusable lashes, like ripped or damaged products, just shoot us an email at shopeyedore@gmail.com and we'll take care of the rest.

Oh, and did we mention that our store credits can be used online and they don't expire for 3 whole years? That's plenty of time to stock up on more of our fabulous products!

Just remember that all returns using our shipping label need to be lodged in person at Australia Post, so make sure to take a quick trip to see them. Once we receive your parcel at Eyedore HQ, we'll assess the quality and get your refund or store credit processed in no time!
